A DARING rescue operation took place in Dinas Powys after a cat got stuck under a solar panel. Rocket the cat had been stuck on a roof all night after she somehow got herself trapped under solar panels atop a house in on Cherry Close in Dinas Powys. 'Oldest veteran' Lesley Stelfox dies at Sheppey care home Published: 06:00, 23 January 2021 Lesley Stelfox, believed to be one of Britain's oldest war veterans, has died at his Sheppey care home. He had 104mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He will be disqualified from driving for 24 months.
