A witness in Tuesday's preliminary hearing of Paul and Ruben Flores recounted the last night Kristin Smart was seen alive while being aided in walking to her dorm room by Paul Flores. Cheryl Manzer told the court today that she was at the same party as Smart the night she disappeared, although she didn't see her at the party. It wasn't until Manzer went to leave the party with a friend about 1 a.m. that Smart joined them on their walk back to campus. Manzer said that Smart was "definitely intoxicated" and was having trouble standing and walking. She had to be assisted to walk back to campus.
