Another man charged with Chinese businessman's murder killed
Another man who was charged with the murder of a Chinese businessman in Brown’s Town, St Ann three years ago, was shot dead in Enfield in Brown's Town on Saturday. The latest deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Raymond Emmanuel, a taxi operator of Philadelphia district, St Ann. Reports are that sometime after 12 pm, Emmanuel drove to a section of the area to fill water at a standpipe.
