Betty June (Lipscomb) Dodds 97, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25, 2022, at Danville Care Center. Born in England, AK, she was the daughter of James Wood and Nettie June (Schooley) Lipscomb. She grew up during the Great Depression with three brothers and two sisters. She attended college at the University of Illinois, then transferred to Arkansas State Teachers College at Conway AK.
