Dec 24, 2020 Like many children throughout the area and beyond, Cheyenne McElroy, the 5-year-old daughter of Ron and Barbara McElroy of Richmond, has her tree decorated, list made and hopes high that Santa Claus will find his way to her house tonight, leaving behind, among other things, some Barbie dolls and play makeup.
