Two witnesses to the March triple homicide outside Chicho's Backstage failed to appear in court again Wednesday after sheriff’s deputies were unable to locate and serve them with court papers requiring their appearance before a judge. Charges against Antoine Legrande were previously dismissed on account of witness issues in the case.

Norfolk prosecutors said they were unable to move forward with the murder charges filed against Antoine M. Legrande Jr., 25, after two of three witnesses did not come to court. Legrande is expected to be release later Tuesday as a result.
