POLICE in Dorset will be 'hugely tested' this summer – as it is warned the scrapping of lockdown rules will lead to an 'explosion of social activity' and put pressure on already-stretched officers. The warning comes from the Chairman of Dorset Police Federation James Dimmack who said the combination of rules coming to an end, people wanting to go out and enjoy life again and the fact most families are holidaying in this country will create a huge challenge. Свои требования омичи обосновали тем, что являются близкими родственниками гражданина Г., который работал в должности инженера по авиационному и радиоэлектронному оборудованию в авиакомпании «Скол». Работодатель отправил его в командировку в город Джуба государства Южный Судан, откуда омич уже не вернулся. 20 сентября прошлого года инженер находился в предоставленном от работодателя месте проживания - в отеле «Малибу». Вечером он пошел в ванную комнату с целью принять душ, однако через некоторое время из душевой стали доноситься его крики. Другие постояльцы отеля, включая коллег по работе, сбежались на место происшествия и увидели, что Г. держался за ручку душа, его трясло и с ручкой душа в руке он упал на пол. Падение было вызвано электрическим воздействием тока от ручки душа. Очевидцы вызвали скорую помощь, однако спасти омича не удалось - в тот же день была констатирована его смерть. 27 сентября 2020 года в государстве Уганда было произведено вскрытие тела, и, согласно его результатам, предполагаемой причиной смерти стала остановка сердечно-сосудистой системы из-за ишемической болезни. В декабре в Омске было произведено повторное вскрытие, и эксперт сделал вывод, что не исключена возможность наступления смерти в результате действия на пострадавшего электрического тока, а каких-либо четко и достоверно выраженных признаков острого или хронического заболевания при исследовании трупа не обнаружено. Кроме того, в результате экспертизы установили, что на трупе имелись повреждения в виде ссадин на голове, шее, туловище и конечностях, которые могли образоваться в течение суток до наступления смерти от воздействия тупых твердых предметов, соударении с тупыми твердыми предметами, скольжению по шероховатой поверхности. По факту внезапной смерти инженера на территории Африки был зарегистрирован материал предварительной проверки, однако в возбуждении уголовного дела родственникам было отказано, сообщает пресс-служба Кировского райсуда. Следователи пришли к выводу, что причиной смерти явилось электрическое воздействие от ручки душа, о чем свидетельствуют сами фактические обстоятельства несчастного случая. В связи с этим родственники погибшего сочли, что авиакомпания «Скол», как работодатель, не обеспечила безопасные условия труда для труда своего сотрудника. Теперь они просят суд взыскать с ответчика компенсацию морального вреда в сумме 1 млн рублей в пользу каждого из истцов. Asked what his message was for concerned residents, Ch Supt Callaghan said: “We have learnt the lessons from last year in relation to that and last year was quite a unique environment. “What I can say is we are working with partners. The issues of parking, litter and some of the behaviours that took place have been planned into the summer operation, which means we are in a position to ensure that doesn’t happen again. “If people experience anything like that, we ask them to contact the local authority if it is their issue or contact us through 101 or online.”

Officers also stopped more than 300 vehicles during roadside checks on the weekend. As well as issuing fines to coronavirus rule-breakers, the police seized 16 vehicles for having no insurance and reported 31 drivers for alleged speeding offences. “We understand this is a really difficult time for our communities and we would like to thank those who are continuing to adhere to the Welsh Government restrictions," Ch Supt Hobrough said.
