BOSSIER CITY, La. â Construction of an orthopedic spine hospital in Bossier City could get underway this month with groundbreaking to signal the start of the $35 million project. The Spine Center of Excellence will be built on a 13.7-acre lot at the corner of Coleman Street and Bearkat Drive in the East Bank District. The city sold the land to Dapper Holdings LLC, a company representing the hospital, in 2018. Bud Barrow, a spokesman for Dapper Holdings, in an email last month to Pam Glorioso, Bossier Cityâs chief administrative officer, said groundbreaking would take place the second week of February.
