As a tribute to Mal Vincent, his summer film fest will continue at the Naro — starting Monday
The Virginian-Pilot's longtime movie critic died last year, but the Naro film festival he started in 2004 will continue in his honor. It kicks off Monday, with friends and fans of Mal doing the hosting honors. The first movie in the series is the 1949 movie, “East Side, West Side."
