Nashville-based engineering and architecture firm Barge Design Solutions has welcomed Steve Edwards and Chris Provost as new board members. In addition, and according to a release, Barge has promoted three employees to the vice president level: Ray Spangler, Steve Mosher and Kevin Kennoy.
