Signal Mountain Road Starbucks Sells For $1.8 Million Monday, January 11, 2021 A building housing a new Starbucks on Signal Mountain Road has sold for $1.8 million. The 2,100-square-foot retail building had opened last summer at the shopping center anchored by Food City. The seller, from New York, was represented by the Palomar Group. Chris Schellin of Westwood Net Lease Advisors represented the buyer from Charleston, S.C.
