47abc December 15, 2020   SALISBURY, Md. – The Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack recently received some much needed upgrades to its communication center. Lt. Christopher Davala says the center hadn’t been changed since 1992 so the technology was worn out and outdated. The upgrades now allow them to work as a team with Wicomico County’s Emergency Services, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and Salisbury Police. December 10, 2020   MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police are now leading an investigation with help from Maryland State Police into the death of 32-year-old David Hall. Delaware’s Medical Examiner’s Office is assisting in the investigation. Hall was reported missing by his wife on December 3rd.
