Sunday morning car chase leads to Galesburg man facing numerous charges.

Galesburg Police on Sunday morning (December 5th) observed an SUV accelerate at a high rate of speed on West North Street. The vehicle made numerous turns - reaching speeds of over 70 miles an hour - and was last seen by police near the intersection of West Losey and North West Streets. Due to the speed the vehicle was traveling, officers did not pursue the vehicle out of public safety - it was approximately 10:45 in the morning on Sunday. Panama City Beach plans $1.6 million in road resurfacing

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Local officials have approved more than $1.6 million in upgrades to more than a dozen city streets.  The money will fund the 2021 Street Resurfacing Project, an annual effort by local leaders to improve aging roads across Panama City Beach. The project was awarded to C.W. Roberts Contracting during a City Council meeting on April 8.
