A Bossier City man is accused of having improper sexual behavior with a juvenile.  Christopher Eugene Allen, 44, turned himself into the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office Wednesday, April 28, after a warrant was obtained for his arrest on charges of sexual battery and indecent behavior with juveniles.  Allen is accused of sexually assaulting a female child under the age of 13.
