Meals on Wheels Yolo County to celebrate opening of Winters Senior Nutrition Center Thursday
After holding a ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new administrative office in downtown Woodland earlier this year, Meals on Wheels Yolo County will hold another grand opening celebration for its Winters Senior Nutrition Center in Winters on Thursday night.
