View Comments The Missouri Supreme Court ruled on three cases this week, including one against the governor's office regarding open records and a reversal of a Greene County Circuit Court decision. The state's highest court will also have a new chief justice starting Thursday in Judge Paul C. Wilson, a graduate of Springfield's Drury University and Jefferson City native. Wilson will serve as chief justice until June 30, 2023.
