Christopher Matott, a former Winooski Police Department officer, was decertified after being convicted of domestic assault. Christopher Mason, a former Manchester officer, was decertified after multiple incidents in which he physically harmed a child.
Both men had been accused of "committed criminal conduct involving domestic violence laws" in March 2020 and October 2020, respectively.
