Stratasys to Acquire Origin, for $100M Rehovot, Israel-based Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) is to acquire 3D San Francisco, CA-based printing startup Origin Inc., for total consideration of up to $100m, including cash and stock. Subject to various approvals and other closing conditions, the acquisition is expected to close in January 2021.
