A GREENOCK man breached a nighttime bail curfew to target a house in the town and declare he was armed with a hammer, it is alleged. Christopher Rodgers, 37, is said to have gone to the property on Hillside Road before allegedly repeatedly banging on doors, looking through windows and making threats to force his way inside. Rodgers, of Roxburgh Avenue, is further charged with giving a false name and date of birth to police in an alleged bid to defeat justice and with verbally abusing and threatening officers. Alabama News Updated: A Selma man is behind bars — accused of breaking into a bank. Police Chief Kenta Fulford says officers responded to PNC Bank in downtown Selma — when an alarm was activated Sunday night. He says when officers arrived on the scene — they found shattered glass on the ground — and 19 year old Christopher Rodgers — inside the bank. Rodgers was arrested and charged with burglary. He’s being held in the Dallas County Jail on a $30,000 dollars bond.
