A Gainesville man accused of following a 15-year-old girl at a park and making lewd comments to her on multiple occasions was arrested Tuesday. Jason Christopher Tholen, 49, was charged with aggravated stalking after the family of the girl told police he’d approached her at least five times at a local park. An arrest report said on Nov. 15, he followed her near Hogtown Creek Park as she walked her dog and asked her lewd questions. On Nov. 30, the report said the girl was walking her dog near the same route when Tholen approached her again, until her family chased him away.
