A New York City based non-profit foundation has paid off the entire home mortgage for the family of fallen Wayne County Sheriff's Deputy Sean Riley of Cisne. The Stephen Siller Tunnel Foundation paid off the mortgages of 22 fallen heroes in observance of the Fourth of July. The Tunnel to Tower Foundation was named after a New York Firefighter was killed in the 911 attack on the World Trade Center towers.
