Sex offender fled from Las Vegas to Syracuse area while on parole, police said Updated Dec 30, 2020; Facebook Share Solvay, N.Y. — A 36-year-old convicted sex offender in Nevada was arrested Wednesday after fleeing to the Syracuse area while on parole, according to New York State Police. Christopher M. Parry, who was originally from Solvay, was identified as a fugitive by the Las Vegas Violent Crime Task Force, state police said.
