Henderson County (Aug 16, 2022) - The Christmas Day shooting death of 3-year-old Aylee Gordon was a "catastrophic accident" resulting from the improper storage of a loaded gun in a pickup truck, not the result of criminal negligence under the law, District Attorney Andrew Murray announced on Tuesday.
