BJC Big C Group supports Thai frontline workers and the Ministry of Public Health in the fight against COVID-19 through contributions of BQL fruits (Big C Quality Line) such as cantaloupes, melons, and other fresh fruits in addition to tissue paper, snacks, fresh-baked croissants and drinking water. Big C stores reached out to nearby field hospitals in each province to cover 13 field hospitals, 33 hospitals and 138 screening checkpoints all throughout Thailand.
Mrs. Thapanee Techajareonvikul, Senior Executive Vice President of BJC Big C Group said, “A new wave of UK strain coronavirus stirred panic and spread quickly and widely. As a result, the demand for hospitalisation has increased, and in many provinces field hospitals have been established to accommodate increasing infected cases.
