ADC Senatorial Candidate, Idoko Asks Nigerian Supreme Court To Disqualify All Enugu PDP Candidates
The senatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the 2023 general elections, Comrade Chika Idoko, has asked the Supreme Court to disqualify all candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu. Idoko was not satisfied with the judgments of both the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu which ruled that he has no locus standi to initiate the case against the PDP candidates.
