Looking at whats in the cargo hold, an e cigarette, batteries, something in the planes batteries or something in the cargo hold that shouldnt have been loaded. Good news is it was a newer 737 all the new model planes and all of the Passenger Service planes have smoke and fire detection and suppression equipment. This is good news in terms of what the plane can do, and they had early detection. Thats thanks to a crash in 1996, a value jet, and families fought for smoke and fire detection systems in the cargo hold. There are a lot of modern advances to let this become a good news story.
