City announces CDBG funding availability Fairfield, California (Wednesday, January 27, 2021) Applications are now available for the City of Fairfield’s 2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program year. The applications are for Public Service and Non-Public Service funding under the City’s one-year funding cycle that includes FY 2021-2022 (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022).
