Larimer County saw 25 new outbreaks of COVID-19 this week, and all but two had four or fewer cases, following off one of the most active months since the November surge.  April had 95 outbreaks, according to the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment. November had the most outbreaks in the past six months with 104. The health department considers an outbreak to be two or more cases within a 14-day period. WFSU News Board members of a proposed charter school in Leon County say they’re considering an appeal after the school board denied their application. During a recent hearing on the school’s proposal, members of the Leon County School Board said the application left more questions than answers.
