Have to get a courier to transport the material. it is not that surprising. what we really need to know is how long were they at the residence and did they observe the searches? the wall street journal is saying the f.b.i. was told to stand down to let private counsel conduct the searches. keep in mind the searches of the residence came long after the discovery on november 2nd. so during that period, private counsel was left to its own devices to essentially look for documents. one of the problems i have with that is it means that the only account of how the documents were found and how visible they were, were they in classification folders, all that information will now be largely dependent upon the president s own private counsel to relay. ....

Attorneys were not allowed in the room room or anywhere on site. i just find that very troubling. i think it s very indicative of the fact that we have a double standard of justice. we all know it, but we just keep getting more and more pieces of evidence to substantiate that. todd: the double standard is one aspect of the attorneys going. in there s also another aspect that turley highlights. it s the fact that if these attorneys did the job of the movers, they themselves could be called as witnesses. that means this whole plan to send the attorneys and could wildly backfire against joe biden. turley also adding this: the most serious discovery would be evidence that biden worked off their documents or removed them from their classification folders. if these documents were used or knowingly possessed over six years, it would qualify as an intentional act to unlawfully possess the material. that last part intentional act do you think on the whole this ....
