Mass shooting at Halloween vigil in Chicago turns deadly as man dies
Pierre Riley was a friend of the woman who was being honored that night, said Cherice Patterson, who organized the vigil on the city’s West Side. Police said two shooters left 14 people shot, including a 3-year-old, an 11-year-old and 13-year-old.
