Someone shot the victim in the parking lot of a Family Dollar store. Reporter it was just before 10 00 sunday night when 21year old jeff morrow went with his friend to sell an item he posted online. A person interested in buying it agreed to neat at the Family Dollar. The suspect is going through his pockets like he is looking for money.
