Wilson was out of town when trustees Jenny Ross and Sol Cabachuela recited their oaths earlier this month.
Wilson took his oath later, with help from Clerk Karen Walsh, officials said. Monday s meeting also was the first time Trustee Kerston Russell led a session in place of Mayor Steve Lentz. Lentz was absent because his mother had died, Russell explained. ....

With a small audience observing, trustees-elect Sol Cabachuela and Jenny Ross were sworn in at the start of the evening s board meeting.
