Broken neck. Last week somewhere between his arrest and his arrival at the police station, the man suffered the injury, which put him in a weeklong coma. He died yesterday. How it happened is a mystery. And chip reid has the latest. Reporter 25yearold freddie gray was arrested in baltimore eight days ago. In this video obtained from grays family by cbs station wjz, gray appeared to be unable to walk and was screaming as he was carried, feet dragging on the ground to a police van.
