Howard Center welcomes new Director of Home and Community Services
Burlington, VT— Howard Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Mitchell, LICSW, as the new Director of Home and Community Services. Mitchell will replace Beth Holden, who has been promoted to Chief Client Services Officer. Mitchell brings over 37 years of experience in social work, including 19 years with Howard Center's Early Childhood Family Mental Health Program where she began as a clinician and later served as a supervisor, intake coordinator, and assistant director.
