When the chance came to purchase property near the high school complex, the Central Montcalm Public School Board of Education agreed to take that opportunity. During an 11-minute meeting on Monday, board members voted to purchase a parcel of land for $16,500 at 1390 S. Sheridan Road (M-66) near the high school complex. The property sits on the corner of Sheridan Road and Clifton Drive and was recently condemned. The property will be cleaned up, making it available for future use to the school district.
