Air Liquide to build €40m ASU in Germany

The French firm has signed a new long-term deal with German chemical company BASF to supply oxygen and nitrogen to BASF’s flagship site in Schwarzheide for the production of battery materials for mobility. Expected to be operational in 2023, Air Liquide said the ASU will also produce liquid products for the Industrial Merchant market.
