Trial scheduled in civil suit alleging Texarkana, Texas, violated teen's rights in 2019
TEXARKANA, Texas -- The city has a date in federal court next year in a civil lawsuit claiming it failed to properly train a former police officer whose alleged actions in 2019 violated a teenager's Fourth Amendment rights, resulting in a traumatic eye injury.
