Along ridge road. The water pump sits idle. I contacted two county commissioners listed on the sign this morning and upon returning today, we found a public works employee on sight making sure that the pump was on and working. I asked pasco county officials why the pump was left off while neighborhoods remained underwater. They pointed to the widening project. In an email sent late this afternoon, a county attorn an ongoing dispute with the contractor for that project which it is in the process of resolving. It turns out the county delayed flipping the search to research if pumping flood water...
