PLANS have been submitted to the council to transform the former Smithy Manor pub into offices, a function suite and changing rooms for five-a-side football teams.
A planning application to turn the site into housing was rejected in 2016 due to its location on greenbelt land.
But new plans could see the site transformed into a new office space and five-a-side football pitches.
The submitted plans include converting the ground floor of the pub building into six offices, complete with a canteen and food prep area.
The ground floor also includes ladies and gents changing facilities for five-a-side football, with an exit leading out on to the playing area. ....
