A startup farm distillery, Second Act Spirits, which is originally based in Glenville, plans to open its flagship tasting room and retail store in the historic Amsterdam Clock Tower building. They already have a distillery license and produces four flavors of premium vodka and bourbon using ingredients sourced from New York state farms.
