Westminster Boulevard Traffic Shift Crews will shift traffic to one side of the Westminster bridge over I-405 to begin the second phase of demolition and reconstruction. Crews will open some lanes on the new bridge, construct the center median, and then fully shift traffic to the new portion of the bridge.
