Hillcrest Apartments Sold
A Hillcrest apartment complex has been sold for $6.1 million. The complex at 3364-3366 6th Ave. was sold by Clove Properties, L.P. to AHST 141 LLC. The complex has 19 apartments on a 10,000 square-foot lot. There are six two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and 13 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The seller was represented by Marten Barry and Sarah Anane of NAI San Diego. The buyer represented itself.
