Kejriwal, arrested by the agency on March 21 after the high court refused to grant him interim protection from coercive action, has also challenged the constitutional validity of certain provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act with respect to arrest, questioning and grant of bail.
The development comes a day after the Delhi High Court's refusal to grant interim relief to Kejriwal who was arrested by ED officials last week
The senior AAP leader also mentioned that talks on seat-sharing have reached the final stage, and it will be done in the next couple of days.
The previous five summons for the Delhi chief minister were issued on February 2, January 18, January 3, December 22, 2023, and November 2, 2023.
