The Maharashtra Coaching Class Owners’ Association (MCOA) has decided to meet the ministry of education to seek clarity.
According to the new guidelines, coaching institutes are not allowed to hire teachers with qualifications less than graduation degree.
The state government will be responsible for monitoring the activities of the coaching centre and enquiring about any coaching centre regarding the fulfilment of required eligibility of registration and satisfactory activities of the coaching centre.
I was curious about the disconcerting signals call. Partly because it's an unusual penalty, and partly because that has particularly seemed to stick in the craw of Nebraska fans. There's an argument to be made that the confusion it caused wasn't intentional, although I think it's a little disingenuous.
