The Kentucky State Police need our help locating a missing Webster County Teenager who has been missing since late last week. Carmen Howard, of Sebree, was last seen on Thursday, March 11, at her home.  Sometime in the night she left and has not been seen since. Her family received word she had been picked up and was dropped off in Nashville, Tennessee near Broadway.
