Philly's air quality was the worst in the world overnight due to smoke from Canadian wildfires
Philadelphia had the worst air quality of any city in the world on Wednesday night, as levels hit 447 on the EPA's air quality index, reaching a Code Maroon. But a meteorologist with the National Weather Service said the 'worst is behind us' as conditions improved Thursday morning to a Code Purple.
