, i want to say a few words about some of what has been said thus far. My democratic colleagues always professed to be the champions of middleclass families. We see that rhetoric in full bloom, on full display today. That is why it is astonishing to atthat they are so opposed the repeal of the individual mandate tax. They talk as though everything is fine with our health care system. And that the repeal of this taxable said it all tumbling down. Obamacare is already failing. Largely because the mandate has failed to do what it was designed to do. It has not improved markets. It has not brought down premiums. Markets are in decline.
