Morgan's Pier is bringing back its Fall Fest on the Waterfront from Sept. 22 through Oct. 29. People can enjoy pumpkin carving, seasonal cocktails and beers, live music and a revamped menu. Special events include an Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, Oct. 8 and and adults-only Halloween party on Saturday, Oct. 29.
