Managed restaurant and pub sales plummet over Christmas period Sales across Britain’s managed pub and restaurant groups feel by almost three quarters at Christmas, the latest data from the Coffer Peach Business Tracker reveals. Bars and drink-led pubs were the worst affected, with sales falling by 87 per cent and 84 per cent respectively, according to the Coffer Peach business tracker.

Wet-led pubs saw sales all but wiped out during November, data from the Coffer Peach Business Tracker shows. Managed pub and restaurant groups lost up to 90% of their wet sales during England's second lockdown in November, while tougher trading conditions in Scotland and Wales led to a similar story.
