HHS STUDENTS RECOGNIZED FOR PATRIOTISM
May 21, 2021 Last year when the pandemic began and people were staying at home from work and school with limited activities after the George Floyd death last May 25 th with riots and violence, anti american sentiment followed through the end of the year and into 2021. Earlier this spring we posted a picture of pickups parked at Huron High school parking lot decorated with American flags. The group of high school students had asked about doing this on Fridays. It drew the attention of the Huron school Resource officer Colby Hoff.
